Michelle Risse is a young aspiring writer who has recently uprooted from Fairbanks, Alaska and now lives in her promised land of New York City.  

She is author of the Singlehood trilogy and her first work is available for purchase at amazon.com or simply through her website www.rissewriter.com Surviving Singlehood in the Arctic: A story of resilience is an examination of the dating scene in Fairbanks, AK, while her third book in the Singlehood series titled Surviving Singlehood Hopefully Not Forever: A tale of heartbreak, struggle, and fortitude.  This book is now  available for purchase through amazon.com. Book number two of the series is currently being written and will center on the year Risse spent in the tri-state area 5 years ago.
